I am so pleased with the customer service from all the staff at the practice I can’t say thank you enough!  My experience with upper and lower Invisaligns has been great and I find the process fascinating.  I go in every 2 months to see Doctor Girgis and pick up the next set of aligners and everyone from the front office and technicians to the doctor makes my visit very easy, smooth and enjoyable.  Great job guys!

Update- FIVE MORE STARS!  Dr. Girgis and Dr. Ito have made my experience with Invisalign very rewarding.  The doctors and staff are first class and they make me comfortable and their expertise shines through with their treatment and their 5-star staff.  Both of my children got braces at the practice, then my wife needed her lower teeth straightened, then I had a problem with my bite that was wearing the enamel on my teeth.  As a patient with more mature dental needs, I have been treated kindly and respectfully by everyone at the practice.  I enjoy my visits and I can see the progress and I am very pleased with my smile.  I am almost done with treatment and I know from my family that I will be in great shape for many years with the support the practice offers.  My latest appointment was impacted by a root canal procedure and the doctor and staff easily accommodated the change and made me feel like it’s not a big deal and we will work around the schedule.  Thanks for making sure I don’t worry about it!

Update: 2026 I finished Invisalign a year ago and the results are fantastic!  Very glad I chose the practice and very happy Dr Ito and his staff are on my side.  My follow up was quick and easy. Dr. Ito, Paige, and the entire team are absolutely wonderful! Their level of customer service and bedside manner is truly unmatched. They take the time to know their patients and families personally, genuinely care about everyone they treat, and consistently go above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible.

We were previously halfway through my son’s orthodontic treatment at a larger, big-system type of practice, where we consistently struggled with limited appointment availability and incredibly underwhelming customer service. When it was time for my daughter to begin orthodontic care, I knew we needed to find a better fit.

Girgis & Ito Orthodontics came highly recommended by a family member, and from the very first phone call — followed by our in-person consultation — I immediately knew we had found the right place. The experience was truly night-and-day compared to our previous office. In fact, the difference was so significant that I went through the additional steps to transfer my son’s care as well. Full Circle...over 30 Years Later! If you grew up Woodridge/Downers Grove you will understand.

Back in 1991, I got braces, and by 1993ish, I was finally FREE! I was sporting a permanent retainer behind my teeth because even as a kid, I knew I’d NEVER remember to wear that removable one at night! LOL.

At the time, Dr. Girgis was taking over the orthodontic practice in Woodridge, and I became one of his very first patients.

Fast-forward over 30 years, and my upper retainer FINALLY decided to retire. I returned to the same office, only to discover Dr. Girgis had retired too, and the new orthodontist, Dr. Ito, was now working on me along with Paige (Orthodontic Assistant).

Same office and over 30 years of memories. Talk about coming full circle! It's amazing to see that after all these years, the office is still just as welcoming and wonderful as I remember. Different faces, but the same amazing care. Some things never change!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Ito Orthodontics. All four of my children have received orthodontic treatment here with great results, and I am currently a patient myself for Invisalign.

Dr. Ito is friendly, compassionate, professional, and incredibly skilled at what he does. We have always felt well-cared for and confident in his recommendations and treatment.
